Our Senior Wellness program supports Vietnam’s aging population by offering tailored physical activities, cognitive exercises, nutritional guidance, and holistic care. Led by Cyril Terrones, a certified personal trainer specializing in senior fitness, our mission is to help older adults enhance their health, extend their independence, and experience a fulfilling lifestyle.

I believe that, just like any other country in the world, life expectancy in Vietnam will continue to rise. Having trained and cared for hundreds of people to improve their health and mind, I want to be a part of your future!

What Our Senior Wellness Program Offers

Exercise Routine

  • Supplements like calcium, vitamin D, and B12 (as recommended)

Sleep

  • 7–9 hours of quality sleep
  • Consistent bedtime routines and professional guidance for sleep concerns

Mental Stimulation
